MME 2025- Elevating Multifamily Marketing, Together

On June 3, 2025, the multifamily marketing community gathered in Baltimore for a one-of-a-kind experience: Multifamily Marketing East (MME). Held at the beautiful Four Seasons Hotel, this invite-only event brought together top East Coast property management professionals for a day packed with inspiration, education, and connection—and we’re still buzzing from the energy in the room.

A Powerful Kickoff

The day began with breakfast and welcome remarks from MME organizer, Matthew Kilmurry (Founder & CEO, ApartmentGeofencing.com and Kurie) and Kelley Shannon (Managing Director, Marketing, CX, and Revenue Management at Bozzuto). Their message was clear: the future of multifamily marketing is bold, collaborative, and increasingly data-informed, and it starts at events like MME.

Keynotes from Industry Giants

Marco Muñoz – Google

Marco Muñoz, Senior Strategic Agency Manager at Google, set the stage with a keynote that delved into the evolving world of digital performance. Drawing on experience from Bloomberg Media, American Express, and E*TRADE, Marco discussed how AI and automation are reshaping media buying, and how marketers can use data to make smarter, more impactful decisions.

Anna Paccone – Hospitality Consultant

Later in the day, Anna Paccone, a seasoned hospitality marketing consultant, delivered a thought-provoking keynote that challenged the multifamily audience to adopt service-first principles. She explored how hospitality’s commitment to experience and personalization can elevate resident engagement, increase retention, and humanize the rental journey.

Sarah Cummins – Swellsville

Sarah Cummins, President of Swellsville, closed out the keynote block with an energizing session on personal branding. Her message was clear: in a crowded and competitive market, your personal brand is your most powerful tool. Sarah offered actionable strategies to refine messaging, amplify authenticity, and turn professionals into brand powerhouses.
