Brian Hedge has been in the digital marketing space for the last 15 years, with the last 10 focused on multifamily (AvalonBay, Willowbridge). He recently transitioned to the Customer Experience role and serves as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at KETTLER.
During our LinkedIn Live session, Brian unpacked strategies for optimizing customer experience, and fostering leadership within operations. He explained the importance of empowering teams through consistent processes and leveraging resident and team feedback for continuous improvement. He also touches on the concept of placemaking, saying how placemaking not only shapes marketing strategies but also plays a crucial role in defining community identities.
