I truly enjoyed speaking with and getting to know both Katie Ritter, National Director, Multifamily and Jake Hughes, Director of Marketing at Widewail!

Getting to know Katie & Jake

Katie Ritter is the National Director of Multifamily at Widewail, bringing over 6 years of experience across the real estate industry, from commercial brokerage to multifamily proptech. She regularly shares resident experience insights on LinkedIn and is a key voice in the industry.

Jake Hughes, Widewail’s Director of Marketing, writes three research newsletters covering local marketing and resident experience research, reaching a combined audience of 20,000 readers. Together, Katie and Jake are launching their new podcast, Feedback Fatigue, at the end of September, where they will delve into the nuances of review management and resident feedback in the multifamily sector.

During our LinkedIn Live session, Katie and Jake provided a deep dive into Widewail's mission of improving resident experience through effective review management. They shared the company’s origins, starting as a solution to the challenge of managing and responding to online reviews, and discussed how Widewail has grown to become a leader in the multifamily review space.

We explored how data collected from resident reviews has led to surprising insights into resident experiences, with Jake sharing some of the most impactful findings from Widewail’s research. Katie also highlighted real-life examples of clients who have successfully used review insights to enhance their property management services, making a real difference in resident satisfaction.

Katie and Jake brought their passion for resident experience and data-driven insights to the conversation, offering advice and innovative solutions for multifamily properties looking to make an impact through review management. I'm excited to see the upcoming Feedback Fatigue podcast and where their work will take the multifamily industry next.
