It was truly a pleasure speaking with Amanda Coogle, Property Marketing Consultant & Interior Designer.
During my recent LinkedIn Live interview with Amanda, we discussed how to balance digital strategies with on-site efforts, highlighting the impact of custom signage and the importance of strategic outreach partnerships. Amanda shared insights into overcoming common challenges, the effectiveness of property-level events, and her approach to interior design and staging, including case studies that demonstrate the transformative power of these elements in leasing success.
Amanda has been in multifamily and real estate for almost 20 years, primarily in the Atlanta market. She has always been on the sales and marketing side of the business, starting out onsite as a Leasing Consultant, selling advertising for platforms such as Apartment Finder and Apartment Guide (Rent!), and later moving into marketing roles for property management companies based in the DC area, working with properties across all asset classes.
She has been involved in all aspects of marketing but specialized in property-level marketing, which includes custom signage, art direction for creative collateral and promotional pieces, strategic outreach partnerships, events, interior design projects, and even acting as a sales coach for leasing teams.

At Apartment Geofencing, we love when our team gets out into the industry and comes back with real intel you can actually use.
Most multifamily marketers know paid social is powerful, but too often, it’s one-dimensional. You run a few ads, retarget, and hope something sticks.
