It was truly a pleasure speaking with Eden Chai, Co-Founder and CMO of Flair! Eden is the co-founder of Flair. His favorite quote is from one of our favorite partners, HubSpot! "Marketing success should be based on the width of your brain - not your wallet."
During my recent LinkedIn Live interview with Eden, we spoke about the balance between data and context in today’s marketing landscape. Eden emphasized that while data is undeniably crucial, its value diminishes without the right context—something particularly important for stakeholders like owners, asset managers, and operators.
We also explored the transformative role of AI and LLMs in the multifamily industry. Eden highlighted how these technologies are reshaping the customer journey, making the top of the funnel more condensed and information-driven. He offered valuable advice for marketers on adjusting their strategies to meet the evolving expectations of prospective renters and discussed approaches to attribution in a space where not every touchpoint can be tracked. The conversation was filled with insights, especially on what multifamily marketers can learn from other sectors to overcome their unique challenges.
