Wendy began her journey at AvalonBay in 2009, initially joining the Investments team before transitioning into Marketing in 2011. Over the years, she's navigated through different roles, honing her skills and expertise in regional marketing, branding, lease-up strategies, and acquisition marketing. Her journey led to her current role at Bell Partners, where she oversees marketing account management, leveraging her knowledge and experience in the field.

During our LinkedIn Live session, Wendy provided invaluable insights into the evolution of marketing structures within Bell Partners. She discussed how the company underwent a significant restructuring to enhance efficiency and better support their clients, both third-party and personal.
